The Regulatory Affairs Associate Manager provides technical and administrative support in ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards. The role serves as a liaison with the FDA and other government agencies, manages regulatory submissions and certifications, maintains regulatory databases, and monitors regulatory updates and industry trends.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Regulatory Affairs Manager in regulatory compliance activities.
  • Serve as liaison with the FDA and other government agencies as needed.
  • Prepare and submit applications for licenses, permits, registrations, and certifications.
  • Ensure compliance of products across manufacturing sites and subsidiaries with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update regulatory databases, including application status, licenses, and certificates.
  • Monitor renewal deadlines and follow up on regulatory approvals.
  • Stay informed on food safety regulations, regulatory updates, food trends, and technical developments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather documents and ensure accurate regulatory submissions.
  • Prepare compliance reports and regulatory documentation as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or a related function within the food industry.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations, food safety standards, and product registration requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with government agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet regulatory deadlines.
