Position Overview
We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role is design-focused (80%), with marketing support (20%), ideal for someone who's passionate about visual storytelling but also brings strategic thinking and organizational skills to support wider marketing efforts.You'll be responsible for producing compelling visual content across digital and print platforms while supporting campaign execution, social media management, email marketing, and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and excited to work in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment-particularly within the construction, industrial storage, and recruitment sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design (80%)- Design and develop marketing materials including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, presentations, email templates, and advertisements.
- Create cohesive visual assets aligned with brand identity and messaging across all channels.
- Support multimedia projects including photography, video editing, and motion graphics.
- Manage digital assets and ensure consistency across platforms (website, email, social).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative outputs.
- Optimize creative workflows using AI and emerging tools.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technology to continually enhance output and efficiency.
- Maintain brand standards for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Database creation and cleaning
- Set up and schedule email marketing campaigns using platforms like MailChimp or Klaviyo.
- Create and schedule social media content and track engagement in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Help maintain website content and publish blog posts using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or Webflow).
- Conduct basic market research and assist in organizing event collateral and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely deliverables.
- Provide administrative support for the marketing department, including stakeholder follow-up and database updates.
