Overview:

The Inventory Accounting Analyst will gather, prepare, and analyze production master data, and Inventory Reports with the objectives of providing clients with excellent services through compliance to SLA, accuracy and efficiency within the limits of agreed SLA and company strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs robust consolidation and reconciliation of count results by comparing actual count with the detailed count sheets and book balance.
• Ensures that the result of the physical inventory count is properly and accurately recorded (timely posting of Physical Inventory Document/PID).
• Provide appropriate documentation that is available to support the transactions listed in the account analysis including, but not limited to, information supporting the underlying business events.
• Monitor that all corrective actions developed as a result of previous balance sheet reconciliation review have been properly implemented as agreed/planned.
• Execute period-end close in SAP based on the closing timeline. Perform data collection from SAP ECC to BCS, and complete consolidation tasks in HFC.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any finance, management course (BS Accountancy preferred, CPA an advantage)
• Minimum 3 years related experience in Inventory Accounting.
• With experience in Financial Accounting, IFRS and US GAAP
• Willing to work on a hybrid arrangement - located in Bagumbayan, Quezon City
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
