Medical Virtual Assistant (Eye Clinic) | WFH and Night Shift

We are seeking a Medical Virtual Assistant to support our eye clinic. The ideal candidate will handle patient inquiries, manage high call volumes, and schedule appointments efficiently. Experience with Nextech software is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage a high volume of patient calls with professionalism and empathy
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to patients
• Schedule and confirm appointments using clinic systems
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth patient flow

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage high call volumes calmly and effectively
• Experience in medical virtual assistance or healthcare support preferred
• Familiarity with Nextech software is an advantage but not required
• Detail-oriented and organized
