Ready to grow into a retail leader? Our large pet specialty store in Nuvali, Santa Rosa is looking for a driven Retail Sales & Stock Operations Lead to handle our active store floor.
This role combines high-touch customer interaction with essential back-end shop logistics like inventory control and cash management.
What You’ll Do:
- Operations Management: Supervise daily cash handling, execute inventory audits, and coordinate the unloading of stock deliveries.
- Customer Assistance: Act as a brand ambassador, helping the local pet-owning community find the right food and wellness items.
- Merchandising: Lead the display setups for new arrivals and promotional campaigns on the grocery floor.
What We Look For:
- Open to ambitious Fresh Graduates aiming for fast retail management tracks.
- Strong leadership potential, detail-oriented, and highly reliable.
- Resident of Laguna or nearby areas, willing to work shifting weekend/holiday schedules.
- Please note: This is a purely commercial retail and sales position, not a veterinary or animal clinic role.
