Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Customer Service Associate to handle customer concerns across calls and emails in Quezon City. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, particularly on billing issues, managing support tickets, and ensuring all responses meet regulatory standards.
Job Roles and Responsibilities- Accepts and resolves complaints received through different channels including calls and emails
- Provides initial response and resolution to billing queries and complaints immediately upon receipt
- Receives customer concerns, creates support tickets, and assigns these to the respective responsible persons for resolution
- Monitors the status of tickets and ensures regular updates until concerns are closed
- Accomplishes all tasks in compliance with regulatory standards in handling and resolving complaints received via office, email, and other customer service channels
- Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Communication, or any related course
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service
- Active listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage (optional)
