Field Sales Promoter

Overview:

As a Field Sales Promoter, you will manage a specific area and visit retail stores daily to hit your sales targets. You are responsible for the entire sales process: picking up your stock from the warehouse, delivering products to customers, and collecting payments to be turned in at the end of the day.

Job Description:

• Start your day with a team morning huddle at the Sales Office before heading out to your assigned territory to visit your partner outlets.
• Manage a dedicated route of retail outlets, focusing on maintaining high buying rates and achieving monthly volume targets.
• Accurately collect payments, issue invoices, and settle your daily cash collections back at the office at the end of your shift.
• Withdraw stock from the warehouse, follow your coverage plan, and ensure products are handled with care and rotated properly for freshness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school graduate qualification required
• Preferably with knowledge in Sales
• Minimum 6-12 months of sales experience required
• With Driver's License is an advantage, but not required
• Must be disciplined, punctual, and willing to work a 6-day schedule in a field-based
