Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or Life Sciences is preferred. Alternatively, candidates with a strong business background who have completed advanced, accredited open courses or professional certificates in health sciences and pharmacology will also be highly considered to ensure technical fluency with regulators and principals.
• 10 to 15+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Business Unit Head, Commercial Director, or Country Manager).
• Proven track record specifically managing Ethical (Rx) portfolios and prescription-driven models.
