Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the President serves as a strategic extension of the Office of the President, acting as a trusted partner in driving business priorities, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and ensuring execution of key initiatives across the Group.

This role goes beyond administrative support, requiring strong business acumen, discretion, and the ability to represent the President in internal and external engagements.

The position plays a critical role in advancing corporate objectives by managing high-level coordination, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring that the President’s directives are effectively translated into actionable outcomes across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Support & Execution
  • Act as a proxy and representative of the President in meetings, discussions, and follow-through initiatives.
  • Translate the President’s vision and directives into executable plans across business units.
  • Track and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring timely progress and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making.
  1. Business Operations Coordination
  • Oversee intercompany coordination across diverse business sectors (e.g., food, construction, IT solutions, fuel, etc.).
  • Ensure alignment of operational priorities with corporate strategy.
  • Identify operational gaps, risks, and opportunities, and elevate them with actionable solutions.
  • Support performance tracking by consolidating KPIs, dashboards, and business reviews.
  1. Executive Representation & Stakeholder Management
  • Represent the President in internal and external meetings when required.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the President and senior leadership, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear communication and alignment across departments and subsidiaries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth and collaboration.
  1. Decision Support & Advisory
  • Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to support strategic decisions.
  • Provide sound recommendations based on data, trends, and business insights.
  • Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments.
  1. Governance & Confidentiality
  • Ensure that directives from the President are executed with high standards of accountability.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Support corporate governance by ensuring proper documentation and follow-through of key decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in a strategic, operations, consulting, or executive support role.
  • Experience in a diversified or multi-industry business environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand various industries and operational models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution at a high level.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
