About the role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QA Staff to join our growing team at CPE Foods Phils. Inc. in our Tungkong Mangga, San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan location. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of quality and safety in our manufacturing operations.
What you'll be doing- Conducting thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications
- Documenting and reporting on quality control findings, identifying and resolving any non-conformances
- Collaborating with production teams to implement quality control measures and recommend process improvements
- Maintaining accurate records and data to support quality assurance processes
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Assisting with the development and delivery of quality-related training for production staff
- Diploma or degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, or a related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role within the manufacturing or food production industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications and quality standards
- Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control, sampling, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with relevant quality management systems and regulatory requirements
