Job Description

• Product and service operation, including continuous monitoring, alert handling, service implementation and

1. Network Availability of 99.6% & 99.9% for unprotected & protected circuits, respectively (computed monthly)
2. Service Availability of 99.6% (computed annually)
3. Incident Report with RFO & RCA within 1 and 3 days, respectively, after resolution
4. Response Time within 15 minutes
5. Restoration Time of 4, 8 and 12 hours for Incidents with Critical, High & Medium Severity Levels, respectively

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in a Network Operations Center.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications

• Proficiency in using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Zabbix.
• Experience with ticketing systems, including ServiceNow.
• Foundational experience in basic server administration (Windows/Linux).
• Knowledge in Routing and Switching Protocols.
• Understanding of SIP and Voice Technology.
