Systems & Analytics Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive recruitment dashboards using Looker Studio.
• Transform recruitment data into clear, user-friendly visual reports.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment team to identify reporting requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare basic documentation or user guides for dashboard navigation and turnover to the recruitment team.

• Design and develop the company's careers page to improve the candidate experience.
• Create responsive and user-friendly web pages that align with the company's branding.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment team to implement website requirements and features.
• Conduct testing and recommend improvements before deployment.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Looker Studio or other data visualization platforms is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or website development tools.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and spreadsheet management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage project-based tasks independently while collaborating with a team.

Note: This is an unpaid internship position intended for students seeking hands-on experience in HR Systems & Analytics.
