Marketing Content & Design Lead
This full-time virtual role is ideal for a growth-focused, creative marketer with strong content and design experience.
You’ll work directly with the founders to take existing IP - frameworks, webinars, slide decks, templates - and turn them into polished, high-performing marketing assets:
- Social content - graphics, carousels, infographics
- Lead magnets - guides, blueprints and frameworks
- Simple, effective landing pages and emails
- Short-form videos for reels, stories and Linkedin
- Clear, conversion-focused paid campaign assets
You’ll also help schedule, upload, and organise content across our stack including GoHighLevel, MailerLite, and WordPress.
This is a delivery-first role. You won’t be building the strategy - but you’ll be essential in making it happen.
What You'll Be Doing
Visual Content & Design (70%)- Design branded PDFs, carousels, social graphics, video thumbnails
- Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram and email campaigns
- Build simple landing pages and emails in GoHighLevel or WordPress
- Prepare assets for launches, webinars, events, lead magnets and ads
- Write short-form copy for email, social, and landing pages using on brand CustomGPTs
- Repurpose longer content (like webinars or blogs) into assets that work
- Maintain brand tone and clarity across all written materials
- Scheduling social and email content
- Capture and upload customer records and leads into GoHighLevel
- Support ad campaigns with visuals, copy and performance updates
- Help coordinate launch content, email sends, and landing page builds
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or creative agency work
- Proven experience with Australian, UK, or US clients
- A strong portfolio of high-quality, results-focused content
- Excellent written English - clear and persuasive
- Solid Canva skills (Adobe Express a bonus)
- Confident with short-form video editing (CapCut or Descript)
- Experience with GoHighLevel, WordPress, and basic funnel builds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work fast without constant supervision
- A commercial mindset - you care about outcomes, not just output
