JOB SUMMARY:
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through corporate accounts, company partnerships, and business-related events. The role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, promoting the resort’s facilities and services, and achieving sales targets through strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications/Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
Promote and sell the resort’s rooms, function venues, and services to corporate accounts.Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations with potential and existing clients.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations for corporate bookings and events.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper execution of corporate events and bookings.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inquiries, and client accounts.
Participate in sales promotions, networking events, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure excellent client service before, during, and after corporate events or bookings.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in hotel, resort, or corporate sales is an advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to travel for sales calls and client meetings if necessary.
