Engineering Supervisor

The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing plant engineering and maintenance operations and is willing to perform hands-on troubleshooting, machine repair, and maintenance work to ensure continuous and efficient manufacturing operations.

• Supervise daily engineering and maintenance activities within the plant.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, machine repair, and corrective maintenance as needed.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues in production machines.
• Lead and guide maintenance technicians and engineering staff.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve equipment-related problems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and schedules.
• Support equipment installation, modification, and commissioning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• At least 2–3 years of experience in plant engineering or maintenance.
• Proven experience in machine troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in paper printing or packaging manufacturing is an advantage.
