Plant/Production Supervisor

Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• · Implement proper control of inventory by supervising documentation of all incoming and outgoing Bales / Materials from the warehouse.
• · Verify accuracy of receiving report against delivery documents and supervised receiving of incoming deliveries.
• · Update inventory status from receipts, transfer and issues and supervise training of checkers and operators.
• · Supervise the arrangement of bales/ materials inside the warehouse to ensure an organized stocking system that facilitate the movement of stocks to its designated location.
• · Supervise activities of checkers and grablift/forklift operators in monitoring inventory, transfer of stocks and loading of baled waste to designated location.
• · Ensure timely and accurate issuances of stocks to requesting parties.
• · Review and generate monthly, weekly or daily inventory reports needed by different departments related to stock status, summary of issuances transfer and returns.
• · Ensure that quality of products and services are in accordance with the agreed customer standard and performance requirements.
• · Perform other related functions that may be assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
• Can operate forklift/grablift is advantage but not required.
• Computer literate.
