Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer with strong experience in UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting automation solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath
• Build workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Create and maintain automation scripts and technical documentation
• Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Support and maintain deployed automations
• Monitor automation performance and resolve issues
• Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and development teams
• Participate in reporting, project tracking, and process improvement initiatives
• Share technical knowledge and support team members

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• UiPath Certification is preferred
