- Leads supplier Categorization to support vendor audit, Supplier Development and Performance Measure.
- Leads and applies Commodity Management Thru Spend Analysis to identify critical commodities and doing market analysis to determine market cost drivers and risk. Understands key market players and demand to be able to develop appropriate purchasing category strategies.
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Develop and manage project plans, including schedules, milestones and resource allocation
- Lead coordination efforts with in-house teams, contractors and suppliers for smooth project execution
- Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Experienced in Horizontal projects
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Luzon
