  • Lead and manage domestic sales operations within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with the headquarters company's strategy
  • Set sales targets and drive the team to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Develop pricing strategies and proposals in line with company guidelines
  • Monitor and control sales performance, inventory, costs, and margins
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and channels to drive growth
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and economic factors to support strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and international partners to execute sales and marketing plans
  • Lead, coach, and delegate tasks to the sales team to ensure high performance
  • Handle negotiations with customers and overseas suppliers/partners
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management
  • Be able to travel internationally and work in overseas markets, particularly in the Philippines, when required

Qualifications/Requirements

Educational Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Food Science, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
  • Additional certifications in Sales Management, Strategic Marketing, or International Business are an advantage
Relevant work experience/ Professional Experience
  • At least 10–20 years of progressive experience in Sales functions (preferably in cosmetic raw materials)
  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in both domestic and international markets
  • Experience in managing key accounts and working with international partners
