What you'll be doing- Coordinate and supervise a team of skilled service technicians to ensure the timely and efficient maintenance and repair of our vehicles
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to maximise the operational readiness of our fleet
- Liaise with the operations team to understand and prioritise vehicle servicing requirements
- Monitor parts inventory and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the service team, fostering their professional development
- Ensure all maintenance and repair activities are completed in compliance with relevant safety and quality standards
- Prepare detailed reports on fleet performance and maintenance activities
