We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our onsite team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring data integrity and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
  • Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
  • Perform regular data audits and clean-ups
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Generate reports as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Meet daily/weekly data entry targets and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent typing speed with minimal / no errors
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Familiarity with data entry tools or CRM systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willing to work onsite and commit to full-time work schedule
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
