Job Summary:
Manages accounts, sales activities, and collections within a defined territory. Ensures company visibility, client satisfaction, and compliance with sales and collection targets. Supports sales objectives while maintaining operational and financial accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account and Territory Management
- Profile and evaluate prospects to identify business opportunities and minimize collection risk.
- Scout new areas for market expansion and ensure client acquisition aligns with company objectives.
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partner relationships and promote product visibility.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all accounts within the assigned territory.
- Sales Achievement and Reporting
- Achieve monthly sales targets through active prospecting, presentations, and account management.
- Monitor account performance and client payment behavior to prevent overdue balances.
- Submit accurate and timely reports, including Daily Activity Reports (DARs), Delivery Receipts (DRs), Collection Receipts (CRs), machine contracts, preventive maintenance reports, and order reports.
- Maintain detailed records of replenishments, stock usage, and client interactions.
- Collections and Financial Compliance
- Handle cheque, cash, and bank transfer collections in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure proper reporting and remittance of all collected funds.
- Escalate overdue or high-risk accounts to the DSM for follow-up and resolution.
- Asset and Operational Responsibility
- Maintain proper care, use, and reporting of company assets, including equipment and documentation.
- Support product deliveries and preventive maintenance activities as needed.
- Promptly escalate incidents, risks, or operational issues to the DSM to prevent disruptions.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support
- Coordinate with other departments (Service, Marketing, Inventory & Logistics) to ensure smooth operations and fulfillment of client needs.
Assist in operational or promotional activities when necessary to improve client engagement and district performance.
