We are hiring an Application Development Support professional to handle application troubleshooting, production issue analysis, and integration support across systems.
Responsibilities- Application, middleware, and integration troubleshooting
- Incident analysis and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Production issue debugging and resolution
- Small bug fixes and minor enhancements
- API troubleshooting (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, authentication issues)
- Support ITIL-based incident and problem management (SLA, severity handling)
- Experience in application support (3–5 years)
- Working knowledge of C#/.NET or Python (at least one)
