Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons in Social Studies subjects such as History, Geography, Civics, and Economics
- Teach students about historical events, world cultures, government systems, and global issues
- Develop lesson materials, activities, and assessments aligned with the curriculum
- Encourage critical thinking, analysis of sources, and discussion of social issues
- Use maps, charts, multimedia tools, and real-world examples to support learning
- Assess student performance through tests, projects, essays, and class participation
- Relate lessons to current events and community issues
- Maintain classroom discipline and a respectful learning environment
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress
- Participate in school programs, meetings, and professional development
- Bachelor’s degree in Education major in Social Studies, History, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of social science subjects

- Ability to make lessons engaging and relevant
