During a Typical Day,You'll- Answer incoming communications fromcustomers
- Conduct research toprovideanswers for customers to resolve theirissues
- Completed senior high school or two years in college
- Open to all newbies or with customer service experience
- Great verbal communication and business writing skills
- Recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge
- Computer experience
