• Accounts Payable: Processing of supplier invoices including payment reconciliations
• Accounts Receivable: Processing of customer invoices including payment reconciliations
• Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations: Perform daily reconciliations of all bank and credit card transactions
• Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit BAS, IAS, Superannuation, and other statutory compliance reports as required.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client kick-off meetings and follow-up calls to ensure smooth onboarding and communication.
• Month-end reconciliations including bank accounts, credit cards, petty cash, loan accounts, accruals & prepayments
• Team Support: Provide support to Graduate Accountants with bookkeeping processes and offer ad hoc assistance to the broader accounting team as needed.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any related course
• Must have 1-2 years overall experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping.
• Must have advanced Excel skills, proficient Word skills
• A strong understanding of general accounting concepts
• Strong attention to detail with high analytical skills
• Proactive and good at problem-solving
• Good English communication skills both in speaking and writing
• Ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills
• Capable of multitasking
• Ideal Experience: at least 1 year in Audit or Accounting using Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks, Google Workspace
• CPA is highly desirable but not required
