MANDARIN OPERATION SPECIALIST- Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are handled effectively and in a timely manner.
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations, focusing on Mandarin-speaking customers and markets.
- Provide insights into Mandarin-speaking customer preferences, cultural nuances, and regional differences to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Ensure that all communication, both written and verbal, is culturally appropriate and aligned with company standards.
- Provide solutions and support to improve the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Assist in preparing regular reports on operational performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Mandarin and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Mandarin culture, customer expectations, and local business practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM systems.
