Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing and production, with experience in creating engaging and high-quality videos for various platforms.

Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage into compelling and visually appealing videos
Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects
Use industry-standard software and tools to enhance video quality and add special effects
Ensure that all videos meet brand guidelines and standards
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve video production quality
Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver videos that exceed their expectations
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth project execution
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior video editors, as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in film, media, or a related field
Proficient is using Mac Studio
3+ years of experience in video editing and production
Proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro
Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques
Excellent storytelling and visual storytelling skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with clients and delivering projects according to their specifications
