Delivery driver

Job Description

• Delivery driver involves in transporting goods, packages, or products from one location to another safely and efficiently.
• Operating a delivery vehicle ( truck) in a safe and responsible manner.
• Loading and unloading goods onto the vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Verifying delivery instructions and addresses before departure.
• Communicating with dispatchers, customers, or colleagues to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues or concerns.
• Inspecting and maintaining the delivery vehicle, including performing routine checks and reporting any mechanical issues.
• Adhering to traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Following safety protocols to ensure the well-being of oneself and others during deliveries.
• Keeping accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any incidents or delays encountered.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Professional Driver’s License (12 or 123)
• Willing for Graveyard Shift.
