Job Description
Posted on 26 August 2025- Develops and manages financial models for the Team in the Philippines to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Provides insights into key financial metrics and trends to support calculated decision-making and ensure business growth.
- Leads the budgeting process and ensures alignment with the Nabati Group’s business goals and objectives.
- Prepares accurate financial forecasts and track performance against approved budgets.
- Generates timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulations in the Philippines.
- Manages cash flow to optimize working capital and support business operational needs.
- Implements effective cash management strategies and forecasting to ensure the Company is in a healthy financial state.
- Identifies financial risks and implements strategies to mitigate them.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (required)
- Knowledgeable in Bahasa
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline (an advantage)
- At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven track record in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing
