About the role
Stacktrek Enterprise Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our retail team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, creating positive customer experiences whilst contributing to the achievement of our retail objectives and business growth.
What you'll be doing- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintaining product knowledge and staying informed about current promotions and special offers
- Organising, restocking and arranging merchandise displays to maintain store standards and encourage sales
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionally and courteously
- Meeting individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining high service quality
- Conducting stock checks and reporting inventory discrepancies to management
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a welcoming shopping environment
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, though motivated individuals without experience may be considered
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
- Excellent numeracy skills and accuracy in handling cash and transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
- A genuine passion for retail and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
