Job description

Branch Head are professionals charged with managing the day-to-day operations of a bank or financial institution’s branch. These responsibilities include developing business plans and attaining sales goals, delivering great customer care, and growing revenue through increased lending activity.

They lead staff, implement sales strategies, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage risk, and foster community relationships to grow loans.

Core Responsibilities

Branch Operations & Security: Supervises daily operations, including teller transactions, cash management, and vault security, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Business Development & Sales: Develops strategies to grow the branch's customer base, achieving sales targets for loans, deposits, and other financial products.
Staff Management & Leadership: Recruits, trains, coaches, and evaluates branch staff, fostering a high-performing and motivated team environment.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensures high-quality customer service, handles escalated complaints, and builds relationships with local businesses to boost company reputation.
Financial Performance Management: Analyzes financial reports, manages budgets, and implements strategies to enhance branch profitability.
