About the role
Become a Field Sales Executive and play a key role in driving sales for our innovative HR consulting services. This full-time position is based in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila and will see you building lasting relationships with clients across the region.
What you'll be doing- Proactively prospect and identify new sales opportunities
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast sales
- Work closely with the wider sales team to share best practices and insights
- Represent the company at industry events and networking activities
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, ideally within the account and relationship management domain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a competitive yet consultative approach
- Proactive, target-driven mindset and the drive to exceed sales goals
- Willingness to travel within your designated territory as required
