About the role
Polystar Manpower Services' is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team in Paranaque City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy across multiple channels.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to promote Polystar Manpower Services' services and drive lead generation
- Creating compelling content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates, to engage our audience
- Analysing marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our marketing strategies
- Assisting with the planning and execution of events and promotional activities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the services industry
- Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging messages
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the staffing and recruitment industry is a plus
