Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The role will be responsible for managing cost planning, contract administration, and project financial control from pre-construction to completion, ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
• Oversee tendering processes, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and value engineering opportunities.
• Provide cost advice during design and construction stages.
• Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency.
• Prepare periodic financial and progress reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Licensed/Certified Quantity Surveyor is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, cost management software, and project scheduling tools.
