Territory sales supervisor

Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned area, ensuring achievement of sales targets. This role leads and develops a sales team, builds strong relationships with customers and distributors, and drives effective execution across General Trade, Key Accounts, and Retail channels to grow market presence.

Job Description:

• Oversee and supervise sales operations within the assigned territory.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
• Develop, maintain, and acquire customers to expand business opportunities.
• Hire, train, develop, and motivate sales personnel to improve team performance.
• Monitor sales activities, field execution, and territory coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and customers.
• Ensure proper execution of trade programs across General Trade, Key Accounts and/or Retail channels.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on territory performance.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
• Open to candidates with at least a 2-year college education, provided they have relevant field sales experience in account and relationship management.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in people management or team leadership.
• Working experience in FMCG sales or related field is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience in General Trade, Key Accounts, and/or Retail operations.
• Strong background in customer relationship management, sales planning, and execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Willing to manage accounts in Bohol and nearby territories.
