TTEC Cebu 2' is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.This full-time role offers competitive compensation and a supportive work environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Answering inbound calls from customers and providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns by utilizing your knowledge of products, services, and company policies
- Effectively documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with your team to identify and implement process improvements
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
