Job Summary
  • To administer accurate and compliant Compensation and Benefits processes such as but not limited to Time Evaluation, Attendance and Post-Payroll Report Generation.
  • To ensure accurate administration of data management through the HR Information System
Job Description
  1. PAYROLL (Monthly Rank and File)
  1. Processes time and evaluation/payroll of rank & file monthly employees.
  2. Manages timely recording of post-audit reports such as payroll adjustments and
employees’ allowances.
  1. Consolidates employee movement of new, promoted, suspended, separated, and/or dismissed
employees for payroll validation purposes.
  1. Prepares payroll adjustments and payroll instructions.
  1. DATA MANAGEMENT AND REPORTS
  1. Maintains HR Information System for rank & file monthly employees.
  2. Consolidates all necessary information for all semi-monthly and monthly payroll reports such as
variance reports, remittance reports and ‘Not at Work’ reports.
  1. FINAL PAY ADMINISTRATION
  1. Ensures effective and efficient processing of final pay from computation up to the releasing of check.
  2. Ensures that all quit claims are notarized and forwarded to accounting specifically, those with retirement
pay.
  1. SUPERVISORY FUNCTION
  1. Ensures effective and efficient day to day operations of the Compensation and Benefits Team.
  2. Provides guidance and customer service to all employees and ensures the immediate closure of issues
and concerns of employees.
  1. Monitors and reports unresolved issues and concerns to the section heads for immediate
resolution.
  1. Ensures the successful implementation of the team’s future business plans and directions through
proper administration of day-to-day operations of the team.
  1. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Accounting, Business Management or equivalent
  2. Experience: At least three (3) years of work experience in the same industry or the same field
  3. Job Specific: Not applicable
  4. Others: Able to perform tasks using Microsoft Office applications specifically Microsoft Excel and Preferably knowledgeable in the use of the SAP System
