Responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes and finished products comply with company standards and Japanese quality requirements. Conducts in-process and final inspections, monitors production quality, and implements corrective and preventive actions.Reviews and maintains quality documentation, investigates defects, and works closely with production and Japanese management to ensure consistent product quality. Supports continuous improvement initiatives and ensures alignment with established quality systems and procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics) or related fieldAt least 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality Assurance
Experience working in a Japanese-managed manufacturing environment is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 and/or GMP)
Experience in quality inspection, audit, and process control
Proficiency in Japanese language is preferred/required for coordination with Japanese management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
