The Role

We’re seeking a motivated Structural Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to support the design, documentation, and delivery of structural components for industrial and commercial projects.

You’ll collaborate with senior engineers, drafters, and project stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes and gain valuable hands-on experience in a multi-disciplinary team.

• Assist in preparing structural designs, drawings, and reports
• Conduct structural analysis under supervision
• Interpret engineering drawings and apply relevant standards
• Participate in site inspections and coordination meetings
• Work closely with drafting and project teams
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned tasks

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of relevant design or analysis experience
• Proficient in structural design software such as ETABS, STAAD, SAP2000, SpaceGass, Navisworks, or AutoCAD
• Must have Australian experience.
• Must have steel / industrial design experience.
• Preferably have Spacegass / Bluebeam / Statica experience.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes (Australian codes a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
