Transaction Advisory Manager (HYBRID)

Job Description

A leading professional services firm is seeking a highly driven and experienced Transaction Advisory Manager to join its Deals Advisory team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong financial due diligence and transaction experience who can lead engagements, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality insights to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions
  • Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and key business drivers to identify risks and opportunities
  • Oversee preparation of due diligence reports, presentations, and client deliverables
  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members, ensuring quality of work and professional growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including audit, tax, and advisory
  • Support business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and client presentations
  • Stay updated on market trends, transaction structures, and industry developments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, deal advisory, or external audit with exposure to due diligence
  • Proven experience in managing engagements and leading teams
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation concepts, and deal processes
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience in a professional services firm or Big 4 is an advantage
