Quick Rundown:
We are looking for a dynamic and accomplished Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of one of our key business units. The successful candidate will be instrumental in strategic planning, operational leadership, repeatable execution, and compliance management to ensure high-quality service delivery to our partners.
This is a senior-level role, ideal for professionals with extensive leadership experience in operations, particularly within fast-paced, partner-focused environments. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is strongly preferred.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver visionary leadership to ensure the seamless execution of business operations.
- Deliver operational leadership to ensure seamless and scalable execution across departments.
- Spearhead strategic initiatives, policy development, and operational execution aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish, monitor, and refine operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct comprehensive staff performance evaluations, cost/benefit assessments, and operational reviews.
- Set and uphold benchmarks for productivity, service quality, compliance, and governance.
- Build and sustain a high-morale culture that promotes engagement and peak performance.
- Support financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and internal audits.
- Partner with HR in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance for key operational roles.
- Ensure company-wide adherence to legal, procedural, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee systems related to partner communication, service fulfillment, and ongoing support.
- Drive continuous improvement through structured monitoring, QA, issue resolution, and internal process enhancements.
- Serve as a liaison between operations, service delivery teams, and executive leadership, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Coordinate with project managers and department heads to ensure commitments to partners are met consistently.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in a senior operations leadership role, preferably in a BPO or customer service-focused industry.
- MBA required or strongly preferred, especially from Ateneo de Manila University or other top-tier institutions.
- Proficient in technology, systems, and operational software.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer experience management and operational delivery.
- Superior leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Calm, composed, and decisive in managing complex operational challenges.
