DEPUTY FINANCE HEAD (CPA credentials is a plus)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Finance Head to join our dynamic team at AHD Advance Communication System, Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is a crucial position within our financial operations, providing strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the company's financial health and performance.

• Assist the Finance Head in overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other key financial documents
• Support the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and data integrity
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the Accounting and Finance industry
• Proven track record of success in a senior financial management role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organisation
• Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Proficient in financial systems and software, including ERP, budgeting, and forecasting tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Thorough understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices within the Accounting and Finance industry
