• Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical ad hydraulic issues in heavy equipment.
• Providing guidance to service technicians and other personnel on repair procedure and best practices
• Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Performing and overseeing repairs, replacement, and overhauls of equipment components
• Conducting training sessions on equipment operation and maintenance
• Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety regulation and company policies
• Keeping abreast of new technologies, tools and techniques
• Providing expert advice to clients on equipment selection, maintenance strategies and operational best practices
• Analyzing equipment performance data and recommending adjustment to improve efficiency and productivity
• Conducting sites visits to assist equipment needs, troubleshoot issues and provide onsite report.

• Know how to interpret, read write and speak Chinese language
• Experience as leader with demonstrated success developing team members
• Outstanding program management skills
• Strong technical knowledge of processing techniques
• Accurate and hand on the details
• Willing to be assigned anywhere.
