We are looking for office Clerk (Secretary)
  • Gender: Prefer Female (but if your are Male depends on your personality and ability.
  • College Graduate
  • With Admin Experience
  • Knowledgeable in MS Words, MS Excel
  • Know how to compute with problem solving (math)
  • Good personality (can work well with others)
  • Answering phones and directing calls:
Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and routing calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Customer service:
Providing information to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • General administrative support:

Assisting with various tasks to support the overall efficiency of the office.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
