Graphic Artist

General Summary

The Graphic Artist key responsibilities is to create design, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concept. As graphic artist you are expected to be flexible, deadline oriented, costumer focus, creative and has the ability to handle rejection.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or related field is required
• Minimum 3 year experience of Graphic Design gained from Off-set or Letter press Printing set-up
• Knowledge of the design techniques, tools, and principle involved in production of precision technical plans, drawings and models
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services based on design layout
• Orientation: Organized, strong attention to details, results oriented, customer service oriented, self-directed, can work independently and as a team, highly motivated, ability to grasp client needs & consider practical solution/s
• Skills: Creativity, keen eye for aesthetics and details, excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and verbal, solid judgement along with decision making skills, computer proficiency (rapidly and accurately input/retrieve records and information), manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, can take direction from multiple resources, filing methods
• Proficiency with design software and technologies such as CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop and other related tools
• A matter-of-fact approach when ideas or designs are rejected
• Comfortable with fast pace and continuous change
• With basic knowledge of GHP requirement under FSSC standard
• Willing to work Monday - Saturday at Ugong Valenzuela City
• Printing and packaging industry experience is preferred
• Candidates must provide both print and digital portfolio samples
