This job is responsible for overseeing the work activities and transactions in the cashiering area and customer service area. This includes ensuring sufficient manpower especially during peak hours by implementing effective shift management of personnel.

Helps in providing assistance to management which includes training, communicating company goals, ensuring safety practices and deadlines to team, keeps management updated on team performance, and motivates team members by giving recognition and small reward.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course
  • With supervisory experience in cashiering operations
  • Has a strong leadership and communication skill.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Has an exposure to Check-out Counter and Queue Management
  • Can provides escalation support and resolution for customer queries and complaints
