Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and supporting the preparation, packing, and dispatch of food products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and process orders through chat, phone calls, or online platforms
  • Encode orders and customer details into the company’s master list or system
  • Prepare and issue official receipts for customer transactions
  • Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Monitor and track all orders to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist customers with booking deliveries or arranging riders/couriers
  • Participate in packing and dispatching food items, ensuring proper handling and product quality
  • Maintain organized documentation and records of all orders and customer information
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle post-order concerns
  • Verify payments with management before confirming orders
  • Coordinate with the kitchen for advance and same-day order requirements
  • Send confirmed orders to the appropriate branch for processing
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge about products and services
  • Identifying prospective customers and converting leads
  • Contacting existing customers to discuss ongoing needs or reactivate buyers
  • Demonstrating how products and services offer solutions for clients
  • Creating quotes and sales proposals
  • Negotiating prices, terms and other elements of sales agreements
  • Attending trade shows and networking events

Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Preferably with Customer Service Representative experience (2-3 years of experience)
  • At least a Senior High School graduate; College level or College graduate preferred
  • Experience in order coordination, customer service, or food industry operations is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets, chat platforms, etc.)
  • Willing to work on-site and adapt to rotational or shifting schedules, if required
