Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their concerns, inquiries, and account-related issues through phone, chat, or email support. You will provide accurate information, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining company service standards.
Successful candidates will handle customer interactions efficiently, update account information accurately, and coordinate with internal teams when necessary. Representatives are expected to maintain professionalism, communication quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer concerns professionally
- Provide assistance regarding billing, accounts, products, and services
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Resolve issues while ensuring excellent customer experience
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Follow company guidelines and service procedures
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- At least Senior High School Graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Basic computer navigation knowledge
- Willing to work on-site
- Can work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Salary Offer: ₱24,000 – ₱45,000 (depending on experience)
