Project Coordinator for Wireline

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assists the Project Lead/Manager in monitoring the project plans, timelines and costs
• Coordinates project management activities with internal resources and third-party vendors
• Assists in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports
• Provides logistics and administrative support as needed
• Driving third-party vendors to achieve targets.
• Supports third-party vendor on queries and clarifications in all technical aspects regarding projects.
• Prepare reports and other site documentation.
• Assist third-party vendor in their site issues and give resolution in compliance with Client Standards.
• Update site status in Kanban in daily basis with less to no error.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree holder
2. Preferably Engineering Graduate in the field of Telecommunications.
3. Highly organized person, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
5. At least 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator in Telecom Industry
6. Willing to extend office hours/overtime.
7. Knowledgeable in MS Excel and the rest of the basic office software.
8. At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in vendor and stakeholder management.

Knowledgeable in all domain in Telecommunication such as OSP, Transport (MW/FOC/AN), FTTH is desirable.
